We are pleased to announce details of the 2026 subscription to Norfolk Amateur Radio Club.
Unlike many things in life, our subscription amount will remain the same as it has for the last three years at £10 per person, it’s relatively modest amount largely due to the popularity and number of members the club, including those from outside the area, which enables us to amortise the costs and expenses of the club, such as CNS school hire, over many people.
This year has also been good financially for the club, including a successful Barford Radio Rally, and the committee felt that this success should be shared with every existing member fairly.
Therefore for those who are current paid up members there will be a £5 discount on the 2026 subscription, so only £5 to pay as long as you renew and pay by 31st January 2026.
We of course also welcome new or past returning members at £10 for the years membership.
How to renew or join NARC – please read carefully
We accept payment by BACs (preferred) bank transfer, or payment by cash at a NARC meeting at CNS, or if you cannot pay by either of these methods you can pay by PayPal if you use the ‘Paypal Friends and Family’ payment option so that the club is not charged a 10% fee (or add 10% if you do not want to use the Paypal friends and family payment method).
Regretfully we can no longer accept cheques as our bank charges to us a business fee of £1.50 per cheque!
With over 250 members accounting for subs can be an arduous job for our treasurer, so to make life straightforward for him and ensure your renewed membership is correctly applied to you, if possible please pay by BACs to the following bank details if you can. And please be sure to enter “SUBS + your callsign” as the bank reference. If you have recently changed your callsign since 2025 membership please include your previous callsign in brackets within the reference).
If you do not have a callsign yet please just put “SUBS + your name”.
