I am pleased to confirm details of the NARC Christmas Dinner Party for 2026.
It will be held on 16th December 2026 at the Village Inn in Little Melton just outside Norwich, with arrival from 18.45 and Dinner served from 19.30.
Following a Committee meeting to review finances on October 22nd, NARC will be subsiding the three course meal to £18 per head so you will only need to buy drinks on the night. The dinner is open to all current NARC members plus their family or a friend. We will be in our own private room, but capacity is limited to 75 people so please book early (deadline November 25th).
We will also be holding a Secret Santa style Raffle where we ask dinner guests to bring a small wrapped gift which we will raffle off later in the evening and all proceeds from this will go to the NARC 2026 nominated charity, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS).
I will attach a booking form with menu choices to each newsletter which can be completed and either sent direct by email with a BACs payment, or printed and brought to me at a club meeting with cash payment (sorry no cheques, cards or paypal because of processing fees). Full details of how to pay are shown on the booking form – please be sure to pay at the same time as emailing or alternatively include cash with your booking form.
