Thank you so much for your generous purchase of raffle tickets for RadioActive, some people even buying them remotely when they were not able to attend the event! Together with some donations for surplus items we raised £630 for Cancer Research UK and Alzheimers Society and both received their funds on Sunday. Over the 17 years of this event, thanks to your generosity, we have raised many thousands of pounds for these charity’s which fund research into these awful diseases which affect so many people.
Sincere thanks to all those sponsors who donated prizes including BHI, DCP, Gaugemaster, Icom UK, JPR Electronics and Martin Lynch & Sons and some anonymous donations from visitors to the event.
There were quite a few people who won prizes but were not able to be at the draw and so here is a list of callsigns of prize winners. I can either bring your prize to the next club meeting at CNS on 24th June, or to the Barford Rally on 5th July or you can collect from Tammy or me at Great Ellingham, or we will sort something… just let me know whats best for you.
