Attached to the newsletter is the booking form for this years Christmas Dinner Party at The Village Inn in Little Melton on Wednesday 17th December where you can enjoy a 3 course christmas dinner for the special club subsidised price of £16 per person. The only thing you will need to buy on the night is drinks.
A club member is welcome to bring their partner and children or a friend, but we have a limit of 70 places in our private room so please book as soon as you can – the final deadline to book online and pay by BACs is Wednesday 3rd December. Please be sure to complete the booking form ticking your method of payment and email the form to me (David) at the same time as paying so that we can easily pair payments to bookings. NB Please do not reply to the newsletter as that does not go to any person – please email the form to radio@dcpmicro.com. If you cannot complete the form just send a plain email with your name, mobile number and menu choices (note I only ask for a mobile number in case I need to make contact on the night).
We will be having our traditional secret santa style raffle, so if you can please bring a small wrapped gift which we can raffle off on the night with all proceeds going to the 2025 nominated NARC charity’s, The British Heart Foundation and Prostate Cancer UK.
