Our annual radio rally is at Barford & Wramplingham village hall and green (NR9 4AB) on Sunday 6th July. The event is open to visitors from 0900 to 1345 and traders are invited to arrive between 0800-0900 – this gives us time to organise the field etc.
• Entry is £3 per person including parking – young people 16 or under are free.
• Tables inside the Hall are now all reserved but large outside pitches are just £8 again this year, including entry for two people. (£3 per person if more than 2 people on the stand)
• There will be a large range of equipment for sale from NARC and recent silent keys inside the hall as well as a Bring & Buy for others to bring things for sale.
• The RSGB are attending with their membership and book stand.
• Our cafe will be open from 0845 serving tea, coffee, cold drinks, bacon rolls etc.
• Outside the village hall in the club gazebo there will be the club stand selling raffle tickets for the Barford Raffle with all proceeds going to British Heart Foundation and Prostate Cancer. We would welcome some raffle prizes – please bring to the NARC Gazebo stand outside the hall when you arrive.
• In the club gazebo you can also take out memberships, book Hamfest coach tickets and there will be Jim and Roger with their CW display.
• Note that most of the traders are private sellers and so will not have the ability to take credit cards so please bring cash if you intend buying
• Sincere thanks to the 24 club members and friends who have volunteered to help at this years radio rally – it really is much appreciated and means that many will also be able to have a break and enjoy the event themselves.
