• The full RadioActive programme was published last weekend and was sent on the last three newsletters and is attached to this (too late to order items now though, sorry).
• QRP Labs NARC special offer – leaflets will be handed out at the 16.00 session on Saturday or email David for details (Please bring your current QRP Labs products to this session too!)
• Picking up orders: Let me know when you see me and I will bring your order out to you. Please bring cash (exact amount if possible please) to pay for your order. Everything has been delivered now and I will be checking through everything tonight.
• RadioActive Raffle: There are some great prizes in our raffle worth over £300 and which will be drawn at 15.00 on Sunday – you do not need to be there to win. Please bring cash if you would like to buy any raffle tickets – they are £1 each ticket or £5 per strip. All money raised from the raffle and donations will be split between Cancer Research UK and Alzheimers Society. My personal thanks to BHI, DCP, Gaugemaster, Icom UK, JPR Electronica and Martin Lynch for their continued support.
• Catering: Free Tea, Coffee and Squash available free all weekend. Sunday lunch is being cooked by Tammy and David but no food is supplied on Saturday, so please bring Saturday lunch and something for tea, though we will be ordering from a local takeaway (PS if you’d like to bring any biscuits or cake to share with others these are always welcome!)
• Parking: There are approximately 30 parking spaces around DCP front, side and rear. If these are full then you are welcome to park on either field or next door on Edison House drive.
• Chairs!: Please bring a portable chair if you want to sit outside or at one of the two field day stations.
