NARC Morse Classes and News
.
Morse Classes.
These will be starting soon after the RSGB Convention. This is a list of those that have expressed interest in classes of all levels. Please email me with a DAY and TIME preference, giving several if you can, so that we can plan the courses accordingly. I have listed you all at the level I think you are at.
I have also included a few who “might” be interested in increasing their copying level up to 25wpm.
There will be no pressure on anybody to “keep up” because we will maintain the speed of each class according to the least able in order that they should keep up. If that proves too difficult to maintain we will split the class in order that those with the most ability ( Those who have done the most practice! ) will not be held back.
I would stress here however that the Big P words come into play. If you do not practice you will NOT improve – simples! We would expect at least 30 minutes practice PER DAY from each student.
We might be introducing a one-to-one QSO in order to improve your operating and rag-chewing ability. Some people are nervous and would benefit greatly from this.
OK, so here is the list:
.

I look forward to hearing from all of you. Let’s see if we can make this a bumper year for CW operators. Don’t leave it, we would like to hear from you whatever you decide. We must know by the weekend of the Convention as we will be organising the classes immediately. I will publish a table in the CW news of the times and dates.
Any questions or problems please also email me, we don’t bite! Even us tutors had to learn.
