The NARC Annual General Meeting on April 1st 2026 is fast approaching and as well as the Construction Competition, Officer reports and Charity presentations, it is NARC member’s opportunity to propose and elect officers and committee for the forthcoming year, as well as voting for their favourite presentation given in person or on NARC Live during 2025.

We are fortunate to have had many great talks and presentations throughout the year, so if you are a NARC member and have seen at least one presentation please do vote for your favourite using this easy online form:

It does not ask any person information or email address, just your name, callsign and which presentation you are voting for.
Officers and Committee for 2026-27
Our constitution dictates that each year the current officers and committee stand down at the AGM and a new group elected. Any current NARC member may stand/restand for any position and just needs a proposer and seconder, again who must be current members. Positions include Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and up to 8 committee members. If more than one person stands for an officer position, or more than 8 people stand for committee, there will be a vote at the AGM.
A paper folder with spaces for Names, Proposer and Seconder has been and will be at club meetings (at the canteen area) until Wednesday 18th March meetings.
Alternatively they may be submitted by email to the Secretary or Chairman before Wednesday 25th March – the week before the AGM. If you are not attending a club meeting you may submit your name, your proposer and a seconder by email to either or both of the following officers:
