Hi with the AGM coming on April 1st my role as the Treasurer is to present the club accounts.
I am sorry to say that I cannot attend the AGM in person, so I have made the accounts viewable prior to the AGM which saves the club expense in having them printed and also gives every member ample opportunity to ask me questions before the AGM.
So please review the accounts and if you have any questions please email them to me as soon as possible to me at g0lgj@norfolkamatuerradio.org and I will answer directly and/or at the AGM in my treasurers report which the Chairman will read out on my behalf.
