Chris G0DWV has volunteered to host a special event station from his home in Norfolk this January as part of GB2WWA:

This means putting on a special event callsign – GB2WWA activating the UK & allowing people to get an award. It’s a world wide event in January and the bands will be full of people chasing the award, loads of fun.
He hasn’t committed to dates yet as it all depends on how much help he can get, it really is an opportunity to have a load of fun with pile ups but not a contest. As quick or slow as you want!
But handing out something that will be at the forefront of whats technically possible with live logbook online, and with the number chasing this last couple of years it will be fun.

he intends to run a couple of days (24 hour sessions) so all bands will be covered, even two bands at a time so you can bring a mate!
Chris has a fully equipped station and big antennas, tea / coffee and access to microwave, plenty of parking.
