Some news from Tammy and David…

As many of you know by now, Tammy and I have now retired having run the DCP Microdevelopments Ltd electronics business for well over 40 years.
Retirement gave us the opportunity to review our lives, including where we live, so we have just purchased a smallholding just outside of North Walsham close to where many of our family members are.

However we will not be moving for some time as we need to do extensive renovation and building work at our new home, so we are going to carry on living where we are and also retain the DCP Bryon Court facility which will continue to be available for NARC activities such as NARC Live, RadioActive and License Training.
The NARC community and activities for other organisations are really important aspects of both of our lives and will continue to be, so we also intend to incorporate meeting and studio facilities at our new home, which includes quite a lot of land and so could also be used for club field activities etc.

Whilst the chairman of a radio club moving home would not normally justify a newsletter article, we felt that because quite a lot of the clubs activities such as Training and NARC Live use our facilities that we would like to reassure friends and members that it really will be business as usual for some time and then, if members wish, will continue when we move to our new home in a year or so.
