Facebook Live videos are disappearing…

A reminder that Live Videos streamed to Facebook are no longer going to be stored there indefinitely, either published by NARC or anyone else. So NARC Live from the early days in 2020 to date will all be deleted by Facebook next month (May) and moving forwards it appears Facebook will delete new Facebook Live videos in approximately 28 days. So for example NARC Live from March 12 2025 will be deleted on April 10th. We have no immediate plans to stop live streaming to Facebook as around 20% of the live audience watch it there but as always welcome constructive feedback.

We now digitally record and upload most NARC Live to the Norfolk ARC YouTube channel with a day or so of broadcast, but if you personally make any Facebook Live videos you should be aware that they will no longer be available forever…

Trimingham Contest station Open day and BBQ…

We are having an Open Day and BBQ on the 18th of May from 1200 -1600 at the Trimingham site and openly invite those that would like to come.
People are also welcome to come and make a weekend of it. We will be putting as many ants up as we can for anyone to play with. Hopefully on three towers plus a few verticals. People are welcome to camp on the field any of the nights for which there is no charge, but donations would be most welcome. For those staying over I’m expecting the Saturday evening to be quite a social event as well !
If anyone would like get involved and help put the ants up or have suggestions as to what you would like to try, please get in touch.

PS- the BBQ will include my now famous chilli chicken and Salad wraps.
