NARC EGM - Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 23rd May 2012 at 8pm
Following a deferment from the AGM, we hereby call an EGM to present and vote on an addition to the club constitution of a proposal for NARC to adopt a charity for fund raising each year. After taking into account suggestions at the AGM and advice on correct wording and definition of a 'charity', we have reworded the proposal which will be published within 2 weeks of the EGM. We would be grateful for your support at this EGM which will be held at 8pm sharp immediately before the Repeater Group AGM which will be held on this same night. If the proposal is adopted we will also be conducting the original vote for which charity or charities NARC should support for 2012-2013, proposed list as postponed from the AGM (speakers for each charity please come prepared to say a few words about your proposed charity).
