Tonight we meet at CNS School between 7-9pm.

We meet in the 6th form common room as we always used to for a social and also an informal workshop:

Unfortunately the originally planned workshop on multimeters has to be postponed, however we are offering an improptu look at Videography and in particular lenses for anyone interested...Why?

As you may know Tammy, Kevin and I hosted the live stream from the RSGB convention last weekend and we used new Studio cameras for the interviews and continuity. However the lens we bought for them frankly proved less than ideal and so tonight we have asked keen photographer James M0UKS to come and explain and demonstrate what the many specs for camera lenses mean (45-175mm, f4.3, etc) and we thought this may interest other members similarly interested in conventional or video photography. James will bring his SLR and lenses and we will bring one of our new Studio cameras with the lens we chose and hopefully everyone interested will be able to learn more about this complex subject.

Cold drinks and biscuit snacks will also be available.
