The CWOPS club is another very good CW club to belong to, with a lot of activities, including the CW Academy. This is online Morse tuition which might suit some people, rather than signing in to a local net. They have an hour-long QSO party every Wednesday and you can gain points over a year to win a medal. Have a read anyway and see what you think.

This Utube will show how CW Academy works and has other information as well. There are loads of Utube presentations on CW as you will see in the side-bar! Sit back and watch - and possibly get some enthusiasm for the mode!

Spring Bootcamp.
.
We will try to arrange one reasonably early this spring because I am having some building work done and will be in a mess, ( more so than normal! ) for some weeks. More info on this will be posted here so please read it each week!
.
The GB2CW regular evening broadcasts will be taking a summer break at the end of April.

.

Malcolm's Advanced class had five attending, including me. I needed some keyboard practice.  We also had a newcomer to the area, John G3YRZ who has moved to Diss. He was quite keen and will be joining the classes as soon as he is settled in.
.
The schedule for Morse tuition locally is:
.

The Tuesday class is well attended, as is the Thursday class on GB3NB.
.
Besides these schedules, it will also be possible to learn on line using Skype. Classes will be held using that medium in the near future. Let me know if you are interested. Nothing has been heard up to now.
